By subscribing to Tax India Services, you as a client are liable to agree with the following Terms and Conditions:

• Subscription expires after terminating one year/365 days.

• As privacy comes with a cost, we value your privacy and confidentiality. As a service provider, we gather data from many sources to cater to your needs. As a consumer, you must maintain privacy as forwarding our emails to others outside the firm can terminate your subscription without a refund. 
• Please be aware of the fraud as we don't send email updates on generic email-id such as accounts@abc.com / tax@xyz.com.

• Tax India Services own all contents.
• To maintain cordial relations, we request you not do the following:-
  • • Modify 
    • Publish
    • Share
    • Transfer
    • Sell 
    • Reproduce 
    • Create derivative work, and spread reports across various channels. This will hamper your reputation as well, as you may face loss. 

• Please note that one subscription is valid for only one location. Group companies in distinct areas can take separate subscriptions for use at each site.
• If the subscriber breaks any terms of said overhead and conditions, we will be compelled to stop our services immediately. 
• Tax India Services has the right and choice to amend the scope of any module during the subscription period. And it cannot get formed as a breach of ownership of any subscriber.
• We will share email updates with attachments and downloadable hyperlinks relying on the file size.
